Visual Studio .Net Install problem

Hi All,
Have a Win98 SE / 96MB / Celeron 300A / 20GB on which have successfully installed
Windows Component update but when I start installing .net disk 1 I get an error msg at
the start "An problem has been encountered while loading the setup components.
Canceling Setup.".
My errorlog.txt is as follows
