I am restoring from a known-good image and installing .net, so I know this is the problem. What a pile of #*(%&#$ jedipoteat January 11th, 2001, 07:19 AM You didn't read the documentation did you? .NET is currently a true beta and there are many known issues between it and other software packages. There is a REASON that MS said to only install it on a clean machine that is not critical to any work you are doing. I repeat THIS IS ONLY A BETA so don't expect everything to go smoothly. grennis January 11th, 2001, 08:36 AM You READ the documentation? baahahahahaha jedipoteat January 11th, 2001, 08:46 AM Office works for me. senthil January 11th, 2001, 02:48 PM Everyone should have a seperate machine dedicated to work with .Net Beta ....why Microsoft did not say this..... djeepy1 April 6th, 2001, 02:05 AM it does the same thing with release products. After installing MS Project, Office programs exited when I opened them. I had to install Project in another directory and now it works. codeguru.com
