We experience Notes mail routing delays from a busy mail
server. Mails pending for WAN connected locations queue up.
We checked
- Notes log
- server load
- network connectivity (ping, trace route, packet sniffing)
without any results that would explain the
delays.
How can we get a clear diagnosis what the root cause of the
problem is?

Server: Lotus Notes 5.04a, NT SP6a
