Create a DSN connection frominside ASP program

Hello

Is it possible to create a DSN from inside ASP programs or I must write a CGI (Using Visual C++ etc).

I need to create a DSN to an Access database after I have received it's path, filename, Username and password.

I prefer to create a system dsn.
