Type 'Acme.TabControl' does not exist

Hi,

I am new to DotNET,I am using win2000 pro, after install the dotnet sdk i get this when i try to see the file with aspx extension.

this is the error i get:

"Parser Error

Parser Error Message: Type 'Acme.TabControl' does not exist"
