Automised Replication

I have two databases one is running locally(over intranet) and another is a remote database(web space). Now i want to replicate data of local db to remote db and vice-versa which is based on some criterion .I want a interface where an administrator will click a button to replicate local data to remote data .I am using dialup connection .
