I am working for my fathers company, building an intranet site. I need to find some code that will search a Mircosoft Access 2000 database for employee details and then display the results. I am running on windows 2000. I have tried one code which never brings back any results - could this be because of my ODBC settings?? Help! I am a newbie to ASP programming so i need to get comprehensive instructions. Is ASP the best thing to use for this? I f not, what should i use??

ASP is quite capable of doing database queries and displaying them on a webpage. I haven't used anything else so i don't know if it's better than other things. if you already have IIS running on your webserver, you may as well use asp so you don't have to add another server.
If you have code that isn't working, you should post it. It's easier to comment on existing code than to create something from scratch without knowing the goal.

thanx/good luck,
