Hi, I recently knew a good Internet's Site called eWebCity, its adress is:

http://www2.ewebcity.com/home/index.asp

In this site you can edit easily your tables, and also execute sql commands using
their Web Page.
You can upload all your ASP and HTML files also (30 Mb of free Web Space!).
The bad notices are that you cannot upload Access' files, so you got to create your own tables
using sql commands in the Site's Database instead. There are a few rules to follow if you want to
upload your files to this site: pornography, hacking or cracking topics are no permitted,
the rest is excellent.

I recommend you this site as a good option, try it and tell me your experience.

Regards,

Not to any Internet Server, you have to have appropriate premissions on server for uploading database and Then a piece of software(may be a script) which will reside on server and provide you interface for running queries.
