converting xml file to a file containing binary codes

hello

i am currently doing a project on developing a module for card swiping machine.
i have developed a user interface using STIPML,alanguage based on xml and similar to it.
each tag in the STIPML has a token(hexadecimal code)defined for it.
can anybody suggest me as to how to convert the STIPML file to a its equivalent file containing the tokens.
