SOAP:hope its not off topic

Hi, I know this might be off topic but XML discussion board seems to make the most sense. I'm trying to make sense of the SOAP tool kit. More so I'm trying to get the project I'm working on switched over to Soap. The problem is when I have to choose between ASP, ISAPI or other. My architecture is DCOM/RPC over TCP/IP. I don't do anything with the first 2. The user deals directly with the components themselves. I'd like to package this with soap, hopefully using the wizard of the kit. Is this possible. I'm more than happy to clarify this more. I'm finding the documentation just not clear enough in this area. I would really appreciate some help.
