Is it possible to convert an HTML file directly into an XML and an XSL?

Hello there,

I'm now having some HTML files that should be converted into XML files containing their data and XSL files containing their representation style. I'm just wondering whether there is a convenient way to do this. Seems like Word2000's "Save as..." functionality cannot accomplish this. Anybody could give me a hint?
