Automotic / Translate XML into create table

Hi, I have a problem with Oracle8i. I like know how translate (automatic or not) the XML or DTD or Schema in databases, how is the correct method.

For example:

on symbol "ml" is more less and symbol "gl" is more grant.

Wich is the representation in "mode" create table?
