Active List Bar

In VB6 application I'm using Sheridan ActiveList Bar control (Outlook like appearance). I'm going to rewrite (upgrade) that app to VB.Net. I would not want to use any third party com components in VB.Net version of my app. What could I use instead of Active List Bar, or maybe somebody wrote already some structure or control in VB.Net which might be used instead of Active List Bar. Everything I want it's to give my app Outlook like design as it was with previous VB.
