Escorting sent email

Hi,
I wanna send a email and i want to know when it was received, red and deleted. Is there any vb script i could attach to this email and that would send me a note (event datetime) when any of these actions happens?

This has the potential to be a virus, and so I'm pretty sure that capability doesn't exist for security reasons. But then again, there's a lot of virus' out there written in VB Script that take advantage of security holes.
