does anybody know about a graphic card that support this OpenGL extension.

all but very old cards do support it.
check the official vendor sites for more information. for example, nVidia's NV2x family supoorts it. RIVA TNT and NV1x families support since release 10 drivers, while RIVA 128 family doesn't support it at all. (c) http://developer.nvidia.com/object/nvidia_opengl_specs.html (download the .pdf)
