Windows 8 Release Officially Set For the End of October 2012

Tami Reller, Microsoft Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Windows development announced to a crowd of thousands at the annual Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Toronto this week, that Windows 8 is ready to be released in the final Release to Manufacturing or RTM versions by the first week of August and to the public by October which indicates that businesses with Software Assurance will be given access to the new version at the same time.
