Visual Studio 2012 Official Launch --> Sept 12th

Microsoft announced that Visual Studio 2012 and .NET 4.5 were complete and final builds had been created. These will be available to MSDN subscribers on August 15th. There will be a Visual Studio launch event on September 12th.
