Typemock Announces the Release of Isolator V7.4.3

Typemock announces the launch of Typemock Isolator V7.4.3 for .NET. The new Typemock Isolator V7.4.3 takes developer productivity even further, speeding up programming processes and eliminating development down-time due to redundant debugging and QA.

Uninterrupted development flow is at the heart of this version release. With FastFix, the relevant test is "pinned" for debugging, while the status of all tests is visible as well – no need to switch between files and views. This eradicates time-consuming navigation, expediting bug-fixing. In addition, enhanced SmartRunner capabilities allow for slow integration tests to run during computer idle time while fast unit tests run immediately. Another productivity booster is the new Test Preview window that eliminates unnecessary navigation, showing the test-code on the same screen as the code under test.

In addition, the new version has improved productivity for faster development flow with enhanced usability features, including: new shortcuts, updated menus, highlighting capabilities and easier navigation. V7.4.3 also supports the newly released Visual Studio 2013 as well as all other leading development tools, making Typemock Isolator the best-in-market unit testing tool and mocking framework available today.

Automated unit testing minimizes bugs, especially regression bugs, in production code, saves development hours, makes it easier & cheaper to change and refactor code across the entire PLC; it also substantially improves code design, especially with Test-Driven Development. Typemock Isolator integrates with Visual Studio and leading developer and server tools, including TFS 2012, and provides more coverage with a powerful mocking framework that supports testing untestable code, such as legacy code.

Eli Lopian, founder of Typemock said: “The release of Isolator V7.4.3 marks Typemock continued leadership of the automated unit testing market. We are constantly adding to Isolator unique productivity-enhancing features, specifically aimed at helping developers work faster & better, preventing redundant QA & debugging. Automating processes is the basis of saving valuable developer work hours, by having previously manual labor done by the computer, allowing developers to concentrate on actual coding: Typemock Isolator V7.4.3 enables them to do exactly that."
