Salesforce.com Announces New Xamerin with a Focus on C# and .NET Developers for Mobile Apps

SalesForce.com has big plans for Xamerin and while they currently have no plans to support WinRT development, they are making a bid to draw C# and .NET developers. Based on the Mono framework, Salesforce.com's new Xamarin Mobile Pack has been designed to allow C# and .NET developers to build native iOS and Android apps and integrate them into the suite of Salesforce Platform Mobile Services.
