Microsoft Testing Next Windows Phone 8.1 Build

According to the report, the new build number comes in at 8.10.14130 for Windows Phone 8.1 with the current OS build for the GDR3 version of Windows Phone 8.1 is actually 8.10.10532 and the developer preview version of Windows Phone 8.1 is 8.10.12397. This update is scheduled to roll out as early as next month and the new firmware is expected to include native folders and the ability to double the height of the live tiles.
