Microsoft Announces Windows 8.1 Upgrade Policies

Microsoft’s public preview of Windows 8.1 is due later this month with most users are wondering what Microsoft plans are to provide an upgrade path. Windows 8 and Windows RT users will now be able to upgrade to Windows 8.1 'Blue' preview final via Microsoft’s Windows App Store starting June 26th later this month with current Windows 8 and Windows RT users receiving a Windows Update notification.
