Microsoft Announces the Release of Visual Studio Update 2 RC

Supporting application development on Windows Phone 8.1 and Windows 8.1 Update 1, Microsoft today announced the release of RC (release candidate) of Visual Studio 2013 Update 2 providing substantial improvements to their flagship development suite. Microsoft launched Visual Studio 2013 just last November and committed to delivering more consistent and frequent Visual Studio releases at that time.
