Microsoft’s software typically purchased by businesses and used for communication and collaboration, is not be offer to schools for free through cloud computing. With the idea that most schools are already familiar with Microsoft’s enterprise products such as Outlook email, instant messaging, calendars, and its suite of office productivity tools such as Word, Power Point, and Excel. Office 365 has been available to businesses for over a year and the beta version available to schools for several months.
