Visual Studio and Windows 8 Server Takes to the Cloud

Microsoft this week announced the release of Visual Studio 11 Developer Preview and Windows Server 8 Developer Preview. MSDN subscribers can download the software, which includes a new visual image editor with support for Expression Blend.

Also announced is Visual Studio Team Foundation, which runs on top of Azure. The release of .NET 4.5 Preview and ASP.NET MVC 4 Preview rounded out the announcements. Windows 8 is also now available for downloaded as a developer preview release which can be downloaded.
