Microsoft announces the commercial availability of the Windows Azure AppFabric Caching service

The updated AppFabric Access Control package will include support for both the Single Sign-On and the standard Web identity managers including Windows Live ID, Google, Yahoo! and Facebook making the the production version of AppFabric Access Control is available now.

The new inn-memory distributed application cache for Windows Azure and SQL Azure will be available at the end of April
