Microsoft to Announce a new Windows Phone 7 Specifications Change

In a move by Microsoft to compete with low-end, or, inexpensive portable phones that currently run on other OS's, Microsoft is expected to release their own version of the low-end phones into the market place all though no specs on the new phones are yet available to the public so, stay tuned!
