Executive Burnout, or stir-up of Silverlight and the Cloud

Microsoft's President the company's Server and Tools Business, Bob Muglia will be leaving the software giant but for reasons not explained. Is it dissatisfaction over the cloud computing direction, the Silverlight controversy, or just plain burnout? With 23 years at Microsoft, Muglia's planned departure scheduled for this summer was revealed in a memo by company CEO Steve Ballmer this past Monday.
