Visual Basic give a boost to Windows Phone 7

Microsoft has just released a new set of tools for building Visual Basic applications for the Windows Phone 7 OS. And like most, the new tool-set does have its limits. However this move could help to produce a large number of applications for the new smartphone operating system thus improving the platforms acceptability.
