Steve Ballmer Microsoft Chief Executive Officer declares that this will be a new era for the software giant stating that the Windows Phone 7 is a big, big launch for the company. Regardless of the future of their second go at dominating the smartphone market, Microsoft, with their clinch on the desktop OS, will do just fine.
