Promising better integration with Adobe design tools and much needed support for Microsoft Windows Phone 7 apps, the new Expression Blend 4 Service Pack 1 (SP1) will be fully compatible with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Microsoft Silverlight 3 & 4, and the .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.
