Israeli technology group Emblaze, whose companies include Magic Software and Matrix IT, said on Wednesday that Apple's HTTP Live Streaming Application and Microsoft's IIS Smooth Streaming system used its technology
Emblaze offered to license the technology to both and said it had notified Apple and Microsoft which had until March 15 to reply
Emblaze accused Microsoft and Apple of infringing its U.S. patent for media streaming technology
