Microsoft sues LinkoManija $43M

Microsoft is sueing Kesta Ermanas, the alleged operator of LinkoManija, for "facilitating copyright infringement of Microsoft's Office 2003 and 2007 through their involvement with the BitTorrent tracker."

Microsoft has also gone after the users of LinkoManija, with a total of 106 reported to the police so far.
