CORBA IDL to WSDL Compiler

This CORBA idl to wsdl compiler is based on the OMNIORB (GNU). It is under development, therefore, bugs and bugs ( in CORBA operations and union, etc.). It has basic functionality.

Usage: Build and run the executable.

Changes/Enhancements are appreciated.
