I have a small application that is used to transfer data from one office to other office via internet. This is developed in VB6.0. The net connection eastablished in VB programe. But sometime modem swithched off, tel line busy , connection broken problems come to user. So i want track a user how many time in a date try to connect with internet and what was the problem for unsuccessfull task

Lol. I can't understand why he is using more than C++ code? It is not so difficult, to get this information out of the registry or to use Kernel32.dll functions.
The only thing his DLL does, is to return a string. WOW. In this unformated state it is incredibly useless. He should return a xml formated string... than anyone possibly could use this.
