    I'm a novice in c++ but currently struggling with most of the syntax. Moreso, II cannot use my ideas to build a decent working program.I ok with the basics but how do I put it all together. For example developing a simple code for a point of sale device to (1)- allow the user to select multple items from the shop (2)- to display the selected items (3)- calculate the total cost and (4)- generate a transaction or receipt number?
