It seems like we are starting to get into the swing of things for 2009. The holidays are over and the shock of the bills seems to have settled. As such, we can once again begin to look forward.
On Codeguru, we made a change this week at the request of a number of members. On the discussion forum, we have added a new area that is focused on Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), and Work Flow (WF). Primarily these are the technologies that were introduced with .NET 3.0. It seems that there is enough discussion around these areas now that they warranted their on sub-forum. You can find this forum at http://www.codeguru.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=99. Stop in and ask your questions or share your answers!
Of course, we are also reviewing the Python forum that we had previously created. This forum was created with the understanding that if it got traffic, then it would remain. If it doesn't, then we will merge it into one of the more general programming forums. If you are doing Python work, then there are several other members that would be thrilled to have you stop by that forum and post.
Let me know in the feedback forum or via email if you like these changes. As I've stated in the past, if enough people request an additional forum, then we will do what we can to add it - provided it relates to Codeguru!
Until next week...
Brad!
